Our research shows that about 80% of riverine plastic pollution stems from only 1000 rivers. To rid the oceans of plastic, we need to both clean up the plastic already in the ocean and intercept plastic on its way through rivers.

OCEANS: We are currently cleaning up plastic in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch with System 03, which is expected to be the blueprint for scaling to a fleet of systems.

RIVERS: Our Interceptors are capturing plastic in highly polluting rivers around the world, preventing plastic emissions reaching the ocean adding to pollution in the oceans.

Keep in mind that our catch numbers are automated, and not verified by DNV in real-time. We will update catch numbers retroactively and periodically after each verification moment, which is why you might see numbers changing.
