MISSION TO METRICS

The Outsourced Operations department is responsible for the management of outsourced contracts with our partners. These partners are responsible for operating the Interceptors and are located worldwide. Considering our ambitious plans to help tackle the 1000 most polluting rivers in the world, we need to expand the team. Therefore, the Outsourced Operations department is looking for a Jack of all trades who can assist in our fast scale-up. Whether managing contracts with our partners, monitoring the efficacy of our deployments, facilitating learnings and improvements, supporting other teams with their outsourcing needs, or ensuring all stakeholders remain adequately informed, the Outsourced Operations department acts at every level.

THE ASSIGNMENT

The Outsourced Operations Manager is responsible for managing contracts and developing processes to monitor the performance and impact of each of our deployments. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the contract and the relationship with the owner and operator of the Interceptor
  • Reporting to the Head of Outsourced Operations on project- and/or deployment activities
  • Developing indicators and a monitoring strategy for each project/deployment
  • Suggesting for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project/deployment
  • Organizing and following up on compliance and process audits
  • Assisting the Head of Outsourced Operations in setting up local teams and partnerships

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or another relevant degree
  • At least 5 years experience, preferably with project management in a development or humanitarian context
  • Experience with Contract Management
  • Experience in drafting program descriptions, monitoring & evaluation plans, and project reporting
  • Experience monitoring projects at a distance
  • Familiar with QHSE management
  • Affinity with Financial Project Management
  • Fluent in English
